Our Supportive Living opportunities foster the independence of individuals who do not require around-the-clock supervision and whose aim is to live as fully as possible in their community

Residents live in apartments and a key component of the program design is that a case worker is available to provide support and encouragement when needed.

Eligibility is determined through the
Office of People with Developmental
Disabilities via their Front Door process.
